Service Revision Policy

We are committed to delivering software applications, IT consulting engagements, and digital solutions that precisely match your agreed-upon project specifications. If a delivered milestone does not meet the requirements documented in your project agreement, we provide structured revisions at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of milestone or final delivery.
The revision must address a documented discrepancy from the original approved scope — not a new requirement or change of direction.
Requests must include a written description specifying how the deliverable does not match the agreed specifications, with supporting screenshots or documentation where applicable.
All revision requests are acknowledged in writing within 2 business days of receipt.

Once your request is reviewed and validated, our engineering team will prioritize corrections and deliver the updated work within a mutually agreed timeframe. We maintain comprehensive project documentation, version histories, and approval records to ensure all revisions remain accurate and aligned with your original business goals. Scope Adjustments & Change Management

Business requirements evolve, and we understand your project needs may shift during the development lifecycle. Nythova supports structured change management to accommodate evolving requirements while maintaining project integrity and quality standards. We facilitate scope adjustments for the following scenarios:

Feature or requirement changes identified after initial project sign-off
Technology stack updates driven by security, compatibility, or performance considerations
New third-party integrations or API connections beyond the original project scope

To initiate a scope adjustment or change request:

  1. Contact your dedicated project manager at [email protected] with a description of the requested change and its business justification.
  2. Include your project reference number and details on the priority and urgency of the change.
  3. Our team will assess the impact on timeline, budget, and technical resources, and provide a formal response within 3 business days.
  4. All approved scope changes are documented in a signed Change Order before any additional development work begins, ensuring full transparency for both parties.

Important Policy Notes

The following conditions apply to all software development projects, IT consulting engagements, cloud infrastructure services, and digital transformation solutions delivered by Nythova. We encourage all clients to review these terms as part of your project agreement:

Revisions that fall outside the documented project scope will incur additional costs, outlined in a formal Change Order reviewed and approved by both parties before work proceeds.
Deliverables that have been formally approved and signed off by the client are considered complete. Additional free revisions are not applicable to approved milestones.
Third-party software licenses, cloud service subscriptions, provisioned API keys, and domain registrations are non-returnable and non-refundable once activated or deployed.
